What are the next steps once I’ve submitted an application?
Once you have completed the online application, you will receive an email that your information has been entered into our database. If your qualifications match the requirements of the role, our People Acquisition team will contact you to initiate the interview process. We are committed to providing the best candidate experience possible.
I have multiple email addresses associated with my applications. Can I merge my accounts?
Unfortunately, our system does not allow for merging accounts. If you have multiple accounts associated with several applications, you should continue to access your application using the corresponding account.
I don’t have an email address. Can I create an account using my phone number?
At this time, our system only supports sign-in using a valid email address.
I forgot my password. How do I recover it?
To recover your password, click ‘Forgot Password’ on the sign-in screen and enter your username. You will then be sent an email with instructions on how to reset your password.
I’m interested in working at Sphere Entertainment Co., but the current job postings aren’t aligned to my career goals. What should I do?
We strongly recommend you create a candidate profile and sign up for email alerts, which will then automatically be sent once a position that matches your profile is posted. Opportunities are added daily, so this is the best and quickest way to stay informed.
Are all open positions listed on the website?
Yes. All full-time, part-time, and event-driven opportunities are listed on our careers site. We also have Student Associate opportunities posted during our Student Associate recruiting season.
What should I wear to my interview?
Whether in-person or virtually, we suggest that you wear professional attire to your interview. Generally, we are a business casual work environment.

Student Associate Program Questions:
If I am interested in a student opportunity with Sphere Entertainment Co., when should I apply?
Resumes are accepted on a rolling basis and our Student Associate positions do fill up quickly. Our recruitment schedule is as follows:

Where are the Student Associate roles located and can I work remotely?
Sphere Entertainment Co. has Student Associate opportunities in New York, Burbank and Las Vegas. These roles are hybrid.
How do I know what departments are hiring Student Associates?
We offer positions in Art, Digital/Social, Editorial, Engineering, Game Design, Media Assets, Network and Technical Operations, Productions & Programming, Software Engineering, Studio Technology and Visual/Motion Designers. During initial screenings, candidates are asked to express their interest and preference according to their past experience(s). People Practices will evaluate your qualifications during the interview process and will determine what area of business is the best fit.
Is there an opportunity for full-time employment after the Student Associate position?
While we cannot guarantee full-time employment when you complete your Student Associate assignment, we do strongly support the career growth and development of our students.
What are the requirements of the Student Associate opportunity?
To be eligible for the Student Associate Program, students must meet the following criteria:
- Must be currently enrolled in a college or university working toward a degree
- Must be rising Junior, Senior or Graduate-level student
- Provide a letter from your school verifying enrollment (upon offer).
- Student Associates must work a minimum of a 21-hour work week and a maximum 35-hour work week (35 hours preferred). Summer Associates are required to work 35 hours
- GPA of 3.2 or above is required.
Is it a paid opportunity?
Yes. We are also happy to work with our students to provide college credit in order to fulfill school requirements.
