Who are we hiring?

Responsible for selling tickets and distributing will call (tickets). This role will also assist guests with customer service inquiries as it relates to tickets.

What will you do?

  • Conduct Ticket sales, exchanges & refunds as needed.
  • Remain current in Ticketmaster Host and ARCHTICS ticketing systems.
  • Maintain knowledge of events on sale, ticket discounts and how to access them.
  • Must balance sales activity and revenue on a regular basis.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

What do you need to succeed?

  • Must have knowledge of Ticketmaster Host and ARCHTICS ticketing systems.
  • This person must have good communication skills, a commitment to high-quality customer service and be able to handle the high-pressure environment.
  • Experience with accurate processing of point-of-sales transactions.
  • Honesty and integrity are essential to this position.

Special Requirements

  • Ability to walk/stand for the duration of the shift.
  • Must be available to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, holidays, and weekends.

Hourly Pay Range
$21$21 USD
